TNG POH YING

Managing Partner / Founder

Ms. Tng Poh Ying holds a Law degree from the University of Wolverhampton and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor in Malaysia on 9th October 1999. With extensive experiences in litigation, she has handled criminal and civil matters including insurance claims, corporate disputes, company law, contract law, admiralty, banking, employment and tort law to numerous clients including public listed companies.

She has also served as the Honorary Secretary of the Johor Bar for three consecutive years in 2001/2002, 2002/2003 and 2003/2004. In addition to her litigation expertise, Ms. Tng is well-versed in conveyancing and banking matters, providing advisory and consultancy services to both corporate and individual clients. At Tng, Liew, David Leow & Co., she continues to deliver strategic legal solutions across various practice areas.

DAVID LEOW CHEE SIONG

Partner / Founder

Mr. David Leow Chee Siong holds a Law degree from the University of Wolverhampton and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor in Malaysia on 20th July 2001. He began his career as a senior legal officer in bank, advising on a wide range of legal matters, particularly related to banking and intellectual property.

He managed corporate, commercial litigation and corporate banking matters, including defamation, bankruptcy, tort, and misrepresentation cases. He also provided legal counsel to companies requiring approval from authorities and Bursa Malaysia Berhad. As a Partner at Tng, Liew, David Leow & Co., Mr. Leow continues to offer advice on civil litigation, corporate, and commercial matters.

MARCUS LIEW TSE NIN

Partner / Founder

Mr. Marcus Liew earned his LL.B (Hons) from the University of Glamorgan, Wales, in 1995, and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 16th July 1999. He gained extensive experience in civil litigation and general conveyancing during his pupilage and continued to build his expertise at various firms, focusing on banking, conveyancing, and corporate advisory work.

Mr. Liew's notable experience includes handling corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, advisory works for developers including rehabilitating and relaunching abandoned housing projects. As a Partner at Tng, Liew, David Leow & Co., Mr. Liew provides comprehensive legal advice across banking, commercial, corporate, conveyancing, and advisory matters.

KENJI YAP PAK CHUNG

Partner

Mr. Kenji Yap Pak Chung obtained his LL.B (Hons) from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, in 2012 and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 31st October 2014. He gained experiences in various field of law including banking and finance, corporate banking, banking litigation as well as due diligence works. He joined the firm as Legal Assistant and subsequently being promoted to Partner of the firm.

As a Partner at Tng, Liew, David Leow & Co., Mr. Yap focuses on conveyancing, handling developer sales, sub-sales, and a wide range of property and land transactions.

TANG MEI AY

Partner

Ms. Tang Mei Ay graduated with an LL.B (Hons) from the University of London International Programme in 2018 and obtained her Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) and Professional Diploma in International Arbitration in 2019. She was subsequently admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.

Her practice spans a broad spectrum of Civil Litigation, Commercial, and Conveyancing matters, with experience in both contentious and non-contentious works. She regularly handles company-related matters, commercial disputes, contractual and tort claims, debt recovery, bankruptcy and winding-up proceedings, as well as matters involving land, developers and strata management. Beyond dispute resolution, Ms. Tang also advises on non-contentious matters on agreements drafting, property transactions and estate planning. Her multidisciplinary exposure allows her to guide clients through complex legal issues with clarity and confidence.

Beyond her legal practice, Ms. Tang is actively involved in various professional, community and voluntering organizations, contributing to leadership, advocacy, and social initiatives. She also acts as Legal Advisor for non-profit organizations contributing to the community.

LIM PEI YING

Senior Associate

Lim Pei Ying graduated with LL.B (Hons) from the University of London in 2018 and completed her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2019. She commenced her pupillage in Messrs Tan Vincent & Azmi where she was exposed in litigation area, covering both contentious and non-contentious proceedings.

After undergoing her pupillage, she was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of High Court of Malaya on 25th Jan 2021. She then was retained in Messrs Tan Vincent & Azmi where she handled general litigation matters, ranging from contractual and tort disputes, developer and management disputes, issues of goods sold and delivered, and cases on debt recovery.

She then joined Messrs Alias, Kang, Ungku Mas & Associates as Legal Associate where she was involved in variety of conveyancing works mainly on Developer Projects, Sub-Sales and banking works. Ms Lim then joined Messrs Tng, Liew, David Leow & Co commencing January 2026 where her area of practice covers conveyancing, corporate and commercial works.
